Goal: To assist disabled individuals in understanding the meaning, value and demands of work; to develop or modify work behaviors; to provide on and off site job training and paid work training.

Admission Criteria

• 18 years of age and older
• Documentation of disability and statement of goals by referring agency
• Absence of acute medical and / or psychiatric disturbance
• Able to care for basic self-care needs
• Convulsive disorders medically controlled
• Conduct not dangerous or threatening to self or others
• Third party sponsor
