Goal: To place and train disabled individuals in community work sites with the supportive services necessary for them to succeed in ongoing work experience.

Admission Criteria

• 18 years of age and older
• Able to provide for own transportation if necessary
• Documentation of disability and statement of goals by referring agency
• Third party sponsor
• Absence of acute medical and/or psychiatric disturbance
• Able to care for basic self-care needs
• Convulsive disorders medically controlled
• Conduct not dangerous or threatening to self or others
