Goals: To provide a variety of activities and services within a training curriculum that includes critical/functional life skills, self-help training, vocational training / paid work and other opportunities that focus on the individual achieving a normalized, independent and productive life to the fullest extent possible.

Admission Criteria

• 18 years of age and older
• Documentation of disability and statement of goals by referring agency
• Absence of acute medical disturbance
• Able to care for basic self-care needs
• Assurance that client treatment for chronic medical condition can and will be maintained while enrolled in program
• Third party sponsor
